Over the last three decades, I have worked consistently in fundraising and leadership roles, inside and alongside domestic and international organization. I bring extensive knowledge of the everchanging global fundraising market-place, and experience in navigating the complex internal structural, political and financial dynamics across diverse causes and NGOs, to my work.

Born in Denmark, I am currently based in rural Spain and have lived and worked in countries as diverse as the UK, Ukraine and the Philippines, and supported organizations in markets across the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Western, Central & Eastern Europe.

I have decades of experience in managing people & projects remotely, and I am available to travel, and occasionally to relocate for shorter assignments.
